ARRON SCHOLES - OWNER / COACH

My mission is to guide individuals, leveraging my background in football as both a player and coach, towards body transformations, dynamic group workouts, and performance training tailored for sports. Recognising the challenges in achieving fitness goals, I aim to make the process enjoyable and effective. With expertise in body transformations and a focus on sports performance, I bring a unique perspective to training. Offering personalised sessions, group workouts, and specialised coaching, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness objectives. FAYE MADDEN - COACH

My goal is to empower women to feel confident both inside and outside the gym. Having experienced the initial intimidation of starting at the gym, I’m determined to make it a positive and welcoming experience. With 5 years of training, particularly in muscle building, and 18 months of teaching classes, I’m excited to share my knowledge in strength and hypertrophy training. Offering 1-1’s, 2-1’s, and group PT sessions, I aim to help individuals achieve their best shape and embrace self-confidence. HANNAH JANSEN - COACH

Hi, I’m Hannah, a level 3 qualified personal trainer at Scholes gym. With over 4 years of  training myself and going through my own fitness journey, I’ve cultivated a passion for guiding others on their fitness journeys, both in the gym and in life. In my sessions, I strive to push clients while keeping it enjoyable, fostering a positive mindset, self-belief, and healthy habits. I offer 1-1, 2-1, and group personal training sessions. MATTY QUEENAN - COACH

I specialise in helping individuals lose weight and boost their confidence, drawing from my personal struggles with diet and body image. Overcoming challenges like an unhealthy relationship with food and binge eating, I’ve triumphed and now aim to assist you on your own journey. My mission is to transform the gym into an enjoyable experience, making it something you anticipate rather than dread. Whether you’re held back by gym confidence, aiming to shed pounds, sculpt your booty, or just seeking a good laugh, I’m here to support you every step of the way. MELISSA TOLAN - CLASS INSTRUCTOR

Hi guys I’m Melissa, one of the class instructors at Scholes Gym. Every Saturday morning at 10:00 AM, I host our Move with Melissa class. The class varies every week, from combat to circuit training.
